VERONICA - Banqueting Manager

Thanks to my family business, I grew up in the world of catering, learning from an early age to anticipate and meet the needs of each guest. Every event represents an opportunity for growth for me, and despite my ten years of experience in high-level locations, organizing a reception that can be defined as unique still excites me.

I consider myself a determined, positive person capable of managing any request, also thanks to the help of the experienced colleagues who make up the Villa del Cardinale staff with me. Naturally curious, I keep alive my desire to learn, which is essential to meet the needs of every client.

GIADA - Wedding Coordinator

My role is to guide every couple in choosing the details and nuances that can make an event special.

Together with my colleagues Maurizio and Veronica, I follow each reception with enthusiasm to achieve a professional and creative result. I believe that any idea can be realized by finding the perfect balance between the clients' tastes and needs.

SALVATORE - Executive Chef

After finishing culinary school, I immediately began working as a cook in my hometown, Salerno; I then completed my training by attending advanced courses and gaining experience in the kitchens of various restaurants in Northern Italy.

At Villa del Cardinale, I specialized in organizing and managing catering services for large events, learning to meet all guests' requests while maintaining the distinctive features of my cuisine — a cuisine made up of refined yet traditional dishes that showcase all the aromas and flavors of my homeland.

GIANNI - Maître

For many years I have collaborated with the Villa del Cardinale in the creation of major events. Working for a constantly evolving company, always in step with the latest trends in the wedding sector, is both stimulating and rewarding.

Each event represents an opportunity for growth, a source of inspiration, and new learning experiences. During the preparations for a reception, my goal is to establish the right harmony with the future spouses, in order to fully understand and meet their expectations.
